The complete renovation included:
-disassembly of existing technology at the customer's site
-production of a new extruder with enlarged PR assembly. 70 mm for example 75mm
-design of two optimized Screw geometries for processing several materials in cooperation with the German company Ianus Simulation GmbH
- New more accurate gravimetric mixing device TSM
-change of control from analog to PLC control B&R with Dextrusion software - control of the entire line from one place
- new drives (Baumüller and Zambello) and wiring
- renovation of calandric cylinders assembly, alignment, installation and operator training
Our company provided its service team for the installation of a comprehensive technology for processing rPET waste. The technology was produced by NGR Austria.
We supplied our customer with a KOEX 45/20 series single-screw co-extruder with an expected output of up to 45 kg/hour with a total input of 37 kW. The co-extruder is equipped with a B&R frequency converter, 4 heating zones, a cooled sub-hopper zone, a Baumuller motor, a Zambello gearbox and much more.
We also supply all necessary parts for extruders. We satisfy you according to the requirements you place on us.
We delivered a single-screw coextruder of the KOEX 25/27 s series to our next customer. The design of the screw and barrel can be customized according to individual requirements (bimetallic, hardened, with increased chemical resistance, etc.). Estimated performance is up to 5 kg/hour depending on the material processed and the tool used.
We offer all spare parts including injection heads.
We can also make this for you: injection screws with PVD TiN coating. The coating has a hardness of HV1800-2200, suitable for PC, PMMA, LGP materials.
