For our customer, we installed thermo-insulating covers in the Aerogel variant on a vulcanizing press and extruder.
We have isolated the BERSTORFF extruder in the Aerogel version for our customer.
You can use our thermal insulation blankets for different types of injection molding machines, extruders, furnaces, extrusion tools, flat heads, molds, etc.
Regranulation Strand Line Model DSL 120 equipped with a TSM gravimetric blenderr with the possibility of dispensing 4 materials, a Baumüller 45kW engine and a Zambello gearbox.

We renovated a rubber screw D120 mm for our customer. The screw was repaired in a short time, within two weeks the screw was delivered renovated back to the customer.
