We installed the customer's thermal insulation blankets with a diameter of 35/102 mm on the Engel injection molding machine. Thermal insulation blankets are suitable for energy saving or ensuring increased work safety. Your investment will return within half a year!
We make thermal insulation blankets for vulcanizing ovens too! We provided our customer with thermal insulation protection for the furnace for energy saving. Blankets can be used wherever there are high temperatures and high energy consumption.
Supply of 4 pieces of bimetal banner liners in HK5 quality with a diameter of 90 mm and a length of 459 mm.
This time we provided our customer with thermal insulation protection for up to 6 injection molding machines.Our thermal insulation blankets are characterized by a material thickness of only 10 mm, the inner fabric is resistant to up to 700°C and the outer fabric to 500°C.

We supplied and installed a cable extruder for processing PE, PP, PVC with Baumuller motor and Zambello gearbox to our customer. The output of the machine is max. 500 kg/hour with respect to the material being processed.
The extruder is equipped with a compact motor, PLC control and a cleverly integrated temperature control unit. This makes the extruder very easy to handle.
From the offer to commissioning. We always provide our customers with a complete service. The same was true for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the gravimetric dispenser Opti-Mix MK2 3000 from TSM from Ireland, which we represent on the Czech and Slovak markets. Their units excel in maximum precision, homogeneous material mixing and can be configured according to the needs of any application.
