At the beginning of 2025, we successfully produced and delivered a high-end extrusion line DSL 500 for the production of TPU (PUR) tubes to the customer. The line is equipped with a single screw extruder DEX 60, which allows the processing of different materials thanks to replaceable screws. It also includes a modern Eprotec gear pump for precise pressure and process control, advanced PLC control with touch screen and remote management via VPN. The entire system is optimized for efficient production of 6-19 mm diameter tubes with extrusion speeds up to 40 m/min.

We have successfully applied our Aerogel thermal insulation covers to Toshiba and Mitsubishi injection moulding machines. This highly efficient insulating material allows us to minimize heat loss while maintaining the compact size of the installation. The precise design of the covers made it possible to apply the insulation even in areas with limited space. The installation went smoothly and without disruption to the operation of the system.

We also design and supply special parts that make production processes more efficient. These clamping fladge are placed between the extrusion barrel and die to facilitate cleaning, tool and screen changes. Their use results in significant savings in operator time, which contributes to greater efficiency and reduced operating costs.

Regular delivery of additional Battenfeld injection molding assemblies for our customer in diameters of 35 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm. We deliver many parts to customers regularly. For our customer, we performed a local renovation of a badly damaged screw pickup caused by fiberglass. We only undertake such repairs in urgent situations when a quick fix is ​​required (under normal circumstances, it would be appropriate to supply a new screw).

This time we insulated our customer's KAUTEX extruder in the Ceramic 40 variant. We can also use this insulation variant on injection molding machines, furnaces, extrusion tools, flat heads or molds.

We supply screws not only for the plastics industry, but also for the food industry. In this case, these are hardened rotors with mixing segments ensuring homogeneous mixing of the extruded snack.

We renovated two bimetallic pin barrels D150 mm for the Berstorff rubber extruder, including all the connecting material and the final color spray in the shade according to the customer's request.
