Temperature control units

Tempering control units are designed for efficient temperature control according to the specific requirements of production processes. Two main temperature ranges are used as standard:

95 °C for most plastics (approx. 80%),
140 °C for the remaining 20% of plastics, with the possibility of reaching up to 200 °C for high performance materials.

The sizing of the tempering control units includes several key parameters:

Heater capacity: takes into account the continuous heat requirement for the process and the weight of the equipment at the required heating time.
Cooling capacity: It is given with respect to the inlet temperature.
Pump capacity: It is based on the required flow rate and pressure differential to ensure efficient circulation of the medium as well as overcoming pressure losses.

Thanks to these features, the tempering units provide optimum temperature control for a wide range of applications.

Base.line
The base.line range corresponds to the current simpler standard on the market. The units use peripheral pumps, and place emphasis on efficiency and user-friendliness, while being ideal for less demanding applications.

High.line
High.line represents the more sophisticated standard on the market. The units can be fitted with both peripheral and centrifugal pumps, and offer high efficiency and ease of operation. They are designed for more advanced applications where higher performance is required.

Eco.line
Eco.line sets new standards in the market by using high efficiency centrifugal pumps in combination with speed control. This line focuses on maximum efficiency and ease of use, making it the ideal choice for applications requiring energy savings.

Flex.line
Flex.line allows a high degree of flexibility thanks to a modular system that can be adapted to individual customer requirements. This line is ideal for applications where variability in device configuration is key.

Weco WD
The Weco WD series offers energy efficient cooling units with free cooling function and integrated temperature control circuits. These units combine cooling and heating in a single unit, while plug-and-play technology makes them easy to install and ready for operation.
