Schredder

ENMA's wide range of shredder rotor types enables them to suit almost all plastic recycling applications, turning waste into a valuable commodity and protecting the global environment from pollution.

A range of auxiliary equipment such as conveyor input and output, metal detector and metal separator are available on request. The rotor ranges from 300 mm to 800 mm.

FEATURES OF PLASTIC CRUSHING MACHINE:

Hydraulic piston

A hydraulically operated pusher automatically feeds material into the cutter using load-related controls. The hydraulic system is equipped with overflow valves and volume flow regulation, which can be adjusted according to the requirements of the input materials.

Rotor

The rotor is made of seamless steel tubes and operates at a speed of 72-95rpm. Concave, aggressive and 4-way rotary blades are mounted in the rotor grooves. This makes it possible to reduce the cutting gap between the measuring knives and the rotor and ensure a high flow rate, low energy consumption and maximum output of crushed material.

Rotor bearings

The extremely robust pedestal bearing bodies are mounted outside the machine and separated from the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt from entering the large bearings. This ensures a long service life and minimal maintenance.

Sifter

A sieve mounted under the rotor determines the size of the scales required. The screen is also easily accessible through a separate flap and is easy to change, opening or closing hydraulically.

Management

Power is transmitted from the electric motors through a large gearbox located at the end of the shaft on one side of the rotor.
