Online Granulator

The low speed granulator in the GL200 series is equipped with a 200 mm diameter rotor with a width from 200 to 450 mm.

The rotor is directly driven by a gear motor. The low rotor speed reduces the noise level of the machine and creates less dust when grinding. The specially designed knives of the GL series are easy to sharpen and do not need to be adjusted afterwards. The material is fed using a soundproof hopper that can be adapted to different applications and feeding methods. Depending on requirements, the machine can be equipped with a wide range of hoppers, which are mounted on either low or high base frames with matching suction hoppers or bag filling adapters. Quick release screws and hand screws allow quick and easy access to the machine for cleaning and maintenance.

GL200 series 200 slow speed granulators are mainly used in injection and blow molding processes. The resulting granules are then immediately re-introduced into the production process. The machines can also be used for discarded products in the online recycling process. The different design of the magazine and the base frame allow the machine to be integrated with most types of injection molding machines and robots.
