Production of nitrided twin-screw barrel made of 38CrMoAlA, hardness: ≥ 950 HV

  • Material: 38CrMoAlA (material specially produced for the company Hayeur)
  • Hardness: ≥ 950 HV
  • Nitridation: gas
  • Nitridation layer depth: min. 0,5 mm
  • Application: for processing undemanding plastics without abrasive additives (crushed material, recyclate, flame retardants etc.) PE, PP, ABS, AS, PS, TPE, PC PEI.
