Industrial Granulator
The high-performance GH series granulators offer a wide range of different rotor designs with widths from 700 mm to 2000 mm with diameters of 500 and 1000 mm.
All-welded heavy-duty steel construction is designed to withstand the most demanding and versatile applications. The rotor bearings, blade holders and rotor shaft are oversized. The standard V-cut system produces high-quality grinding with a very low percentage of fine particles in the output material. The removable third stator blade acts as a deflector wedge and allows the machine to be quickly adapted to different application scenarios. Other standard features include easily replaceable wear-resistant plates in the cutting chamber and external bearings that reduce the risk of contamination.
A wide variety of rotors and hopper types allow GH machines to be adapted to almost any plastic recycling application. The GH series granulators are mainly used as large central granulators for self-recycling applications to process large thick-walled parts in one step or as a second step granulator after a crusher to achieve higher throughput. When used to grind light materials such as bottles, throughput can be greatly increased by adding an ENMA power feed device. For abrasive, dirty or highly filled materials, the machines can be equipped with special wear protection, such as a hard rotor face and housings and key parts made of high wear-resistant steel.
