Bimetallic screw C83 Recycling/rubber

Bimetallic screw with wolfram carbide content, hardness 50 - 55 HRc + 33 % WC (hardness 2600HV0.1) .

PTA S83 is recommended especially for most demanding applications where high abrasion wear or high pressure and/or combination of these occur.

High content of tungsten carbide grains 33% contained in the welding.

Nickel base of the coating. Chromium content 20%.

Recommended for recycling extruders or extruders processing rubber (tyres production).
