New series of DEX single-screw extruders

We present to you a new model series of DEX single-screw extruders specially developed by DATRIA.

The concept of the extruder was made with an emphasis on low electricity consumption, high quality and reliability.

The extruder is equipped with a Baumuller (D) synchronous motor with a high efficiency class IE4 compared to standard asynchronous motors with an efficiency of IE2. We only use branded electrical components such as Schneider or Osaka PID control, Zambello gearbox (It), gravimetry is optional, bimetal chamber and screw, Dynisco pressure sensor, ETB (D) heating zones. These zones have thermal insulation implemented in them.

We provide warranty and post-warranty service for the supplied extruders.
